Tamara Pratt is an author of short stories, and has a number of credits to her name. She currently has two novels in draft.  Her genres are predominantly thriller, crime, suspense and horror, and she particularly likes to create story settings in Brisbane and throughout Australia. 

She has completed several qualifications – Diploma of Professional Writing (Novel Writing and Publishing), Master of Information Technology, Bachelor of Business (Management) and a Diploma of Project Management (Information Technology).

Tamara is a full-time Information Technology Project Manager by profession, and has worked across both the private and public sector implementing large-scale content management systems. Roles inside Queensland Government have included assignments as executive officer, employed to draft and manage correspondence for senior management.

As an aside, she has run her own CV writing business, helping hundreds of clients by drafting selection criteria and creating resumes to get them their dream jobs, and has written a non-fiction book on the art of resume writing and career progression. Tamara has also run a web design and consulting firm with her husband, creating websites and drafting web content for customers.

Tamara resides in Brisbane with her husband and three children.
